Week 4 – Into The Wild

‘And I also know how important it is in life not necessarily to be strong but to feel strong. To measure yourself at least once. To find yourself at least once in the most ancient of human conditions. Facing the blind death stone alone, with nothing to help you but your hands and your own head’

Christopher McCandless

Venturing up into the mountains, taking as much footage/photos as I could. This was fantastic and extremely rewarding personally and for the project. Going through this mini adventure I went in thinking of what the water touches, from tree to ground to stream, how it joins in different formations and the energy it can create. These samples are what will be featured in a cinematic format for the end project itself.

Below are some of the samples I have gathered form todays journey and production stills.

River Flow
Production
Water Touch
Waterfall Close-up
(won’t be used, example of the journey of water)
The Journey of rain from tree to earth to ground to stream etc.
